Texas Wind Load Garage Door Now Available
Good news. If you are in Texas and are looking for sturdy garage doors we’ve got what you need! Haas Door is now listed on the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) product evaluation website with doors available for the “Designated Catastrophe Area” and throughout the state of Texas. These products are available in a variety of sizes and styles for your home or commercial project.
Depending on door width, exposure, risk category, and design pressure, Haas Door now offers Texas Wind Load Garage Doors in the following product lines: 600, 700, 800 and 2000 Series insulated steel doors; 5700 and 5200 Series insulated aluminum doors; Ribbed Steel, 2400 and 2500 Steel Series; and the American Tradition™ Series. In addition, doors in the Residential Aluminum 360 Series and Commercial Aluminum 320 Series are also available.
Some Haas Door products, depending on intended installation location, may include glazing with glass. Impact resistant polycarbonate glazing features are available for garage doors in potentially severe catastrophe areas.
Standing Up to Mother Nature
Texas Wind Load Garage Doors from Haas Door qualify for installation in the following Texas “Designated Catastrophe Area” counties: Aransas, Brazoria, Calhoun, Cameron, Chambers, Galveston, Harris, Jefferson, Kenedy, Kleberg, Matagorda, Nueces, Refugio, San Patricio and Willacy. They also qualify for installation in other areas as designated by the Texas Commissioner of Insurance.
