TOP SECTION DESIGNS
Frosted glass is available in all styles with window options. ⅛” tempered glass is standard, ½” insulated tempered glass is optional. Windows available in top 2 sections. Arch top sections on double doors are available with single or double arch. Windows are not available on all models.
DECORATIVE HARDWARE
TECHNICAL INFORMATION

FULL THERMAL BREAK: A full thermal break is used in the tongue-and-groove construction of all commercial insulated doors. This rigid vinyl extrusion seals the joints and minimizes metal-to-metal contact between door sections, which limits the transfer of temperature. This also provides optimum water and wind resistance.

AIR INFILTRATION SEAL: 9200 Model doors include Air Infiltration Seals, which exceed the ASHRAE 90.1 Standard when installed with standard bottom seal and commonly available rigid/flexible vinyl door stop.

HARD-WORKING HARDWARE: The track is 2" or 3" galvanized steel, depending on door size, with bracket mount for wood jambs or continuous reverse mounting for steel jambs. For angle-mount track, door widths are 2" wider than the opening. Track rollers are 2" or 3" case-hardened inner and outer steel races with 10-ball pre-lubricated bearings. Hinges, brackets and reinforcing struts are hot-dipped galvanized steel. Fasteners are placed for maximum corrosion resistance. Counterbalancing springs are torsion type, computer calibrated to match door load. This provides a 10,000-cycle life at the minimum; optional spring wires can achieve 25,000, 50,000 and 100,000 cycle requirements. Springs are wound from oil-tempered wire and mounted on a continuous cross header tube or solid shaft, as determined by torque load.

THE E-STRUT AND WIND LOAD: The E-Strut is the next generation of strut dsign. Conceived, developed and manufactured by Haas Door, testing has proven the E-Strut to outperform traditional struts. This patented design is used on all Haas Door products. The innovative E-Strut is intelligently designed to require half as many tek screws as u-bars and struts currently in use. This means less time attaching struts in the field for installers and a savings in labor expense for our dealers. E-Struts are available in 2", 3", 4" and 6" widths and come standard in a galvanized finish. The 4" and 6" sizes do not require hinge straps. Haas Door products are available in a wide range of design pressures for wind load requirements. Contact your local Haas Door dealer for more information about wind load requirements in your area.

WEATHER SEAL: A full-length, one-piece heavy vinyl bottom weather seal prevents infiltratin of air, rain, snow and debris. The seal reduces impact shocks when the door is closed against concrete flooring.

UNIQUE PAINT SYSTEM: All Haas steel garage doors include a three-tier, corrosion-resistant protective paint system with a polyurethane primer and durable polyester finish coat on the interior and exterior. Haas Door's paint thickness is one of the highest in the industry and many of the 9000 Series doors are available in 17 colors.

*Translucent Mirror glass option appearance varies greatly depending on light location. When the inside of the garage is dark, it allows the mirror properties of the glass to show, and strong reflection happens, limiting opacity. However, when it is lighter inside the garage than outside, the glass becomes mostly transparent.
