For the second year in a row, the study reports that a garage door replacement project has almost a 100 percent return-on-investment for homeowners.

“Whether your garage faces the street or not, when you replace an older garage door, you can recoup about 97.5 percent of the cost,” says Jeffrey Nofziger, president of Haas Door. “The 2019 Cost Versus Value Study clearly indicates that garage door replacement projects are the number one home improvement project 365 days a year.”
