If you’re in the door industry, most likely you’ll soon pack your bags for the 2020 International Door Association (IDA) Expo. This year’s event is being held March 2-6 in Salt Lake City at the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Should your travel plans be taking you to the show, make sure to visit us in Booth #3423.

The IDA Expo brings together hundreds of garage door manufacturers. This is our industry’s key chance each year for dealers to see products ... and for manufacturers to display their newest products. All with the goal of bringing new products and options for dealers to offer to end-consumers in the marketplace while building important relationships at the show.

Get Inspired at Sessions
Along with visiting exhibit booths, there are numerous sessions available to enhance your industry knowledge. Our own Paul McManus, Vice President of Sales at Haas Door, will lead the session on “What is Ethical Selling and its Importance to Succeed in Today’s Market.” Join Paul for this session on Monday, March 2 at 3pm. You’ll gain valuable walk-away sales tips and have the opportunity to network at the same time!

When Mademan Design’s Patrick Knobloch was brought on to transform a former St. Louis auto dealership into Makers Yard — a multi-tenant restaurant hub anchoring the city’s new Delmar Maker District — the building’s industrial bones provided an excellent starting point. The challenge, however, was creating a meaningful indoor-outdoor connection across a series of large storefront openings while honoring what the building once was. Haas Door’s aluminum and glass full view sectional doors ended up playing a bigger role in solving that problem than anyone might have expected — right down to surviving an EF3 tornado with zero damage.
