New Haas Door Commercial Aluminum Garage Door Series

Haas Door • April 4, 2019

Here we go again … enhancing our product lines to meet your needs! This time, we’ve expanded our Commercial Aluminum (CA) garage doors series by offering two new models: CA-315, and CA-320. Each one offers exceptional style and durability for commercial settings and brings something unique to the offering.

The designer garage doors are available with all glass or insulated panels, with various types and thicknesses of glazing. Rust and corrosion free, Haas Door CA garage doors come with 28 specialty glass options, four anodized color options, 10 painted finish options, and 14 woodgrain color options. The garage doors can also be ordered with a custom-matched color or powder coating.

“We believe that garage doors should stand out on a structure while simultaneously complementing the building’s overall design,” says Jeffrey Nofziger, president of Haas Door . “This series of garage doors has been specifically designed to add style and dependability to commercial projects.”

A Door for Every Commercial Project
The CA-110 Narrow Frame , an existing model, is the lightest in weight in the series due to the smaller rail profile that gives the clean line look of mostly glass. Upgrading to the CA-315 Larger Glass Area with Heavy-Duty Outer Frame garage door gives the owner a heavy-duty rail with a smaller center stile to offer more glass. With this line, there are also more color choices and larger size options than with the CA-110.

The thicker rail design of the CA-320 Heavy-Duty Frame garage door provides the most flexibility for commercial project needs. This door has the largest door size maximums, the most color options, wood grain finishes, and the most options, including custom-made pass doors.

“With each of these product lines, you can customize your glass/glazing option,” say Nofziger. “While 1/8” and 3/16” glass/glazing are the standard for the CA series, we also offer the CAi series with ¼” or ½” glass/glazing materials. Specialty glass options are available in both insulated and non-insulated to provide a wide variety of looks.”

Customizable Options
From anodized to painted to woodgrain to custom color options, Haas Door’s Commercial Aluminum Series has many choices that architects and builders desire.

The CA-110 line is available in anodized colors of Clear, Dark Bronze and Black, plus in painted Polar White.

The CA-315 line can be ordered in all those colors plus nine additional painted colors of Almond, Sahara Tan, Sandstone, Gray, Painted Bronze, Brown, Hunter Green, Charcoal and Painted Black.

The top-of-the-line CA-320 line comes in four anodized colors (including Brush Aluminum), all 10 painted colors, plus a full line of 14 woodgrain color options including Oregon Douglas, National Oak, American Douglas, Knotty Pine, Colony Maple, European Cherry, Antique Cherry, Heritage Maple, Harvest Oak, Coffee, Cherry with Flame, National Cherry, Spiced Walnut and Black Walnut.

“The customizable opportunities for these commercial garage doors go far deeper than the surface,” says Nofziger. “We offer a wide selection of options including exhaust ports, car wash cutouts, security bars, spring bumpers, high cycle springs and rollers, top header seals and even cam safety devices. These impressive garage doors can be custom created to meet the exact needs of any commercial project.

“Designed with a contemporary, modern and clean look, these hard-working garage doors can be created to perfectly complement the style of a building’s exterior. With three aluminum models, multiple finishes, and a variety of glass and glazing options, there are endless possibilities for us to construct garage doors that truly complement a commercial structure.”

Energy efficiency is often discussed in terms of windows, insulation and HVAC systems. But one of the largest and most frequently used openings in a home is often overlooked: the garage door. Because the garage connects directly to the living space in many homes, the performance of the garage door affects more than just curb appeal. It plays a meaningful role in comfort, efficiency and long-term home performance. That’s why the way a garage door is built matters.
