Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives are the primary points of contact with our customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues about the Company's products and services. They provide value engineered solutions, as well as assisting with things like processing orders, quotes, shop drawings, and bid packages. Excellent communication and computer skills are required, along with two to three years customer service experience.
2nd Shift Maintenance
Qualified candidates should have a proficient knowledge of industrial maintenance (including electrical systems and hydraulic and pneumatic operation and troubleshooting), preventative maintenance, PLCs, and basic welding and fabrication skills.
2nd Shift Controls Engineer
Responsible for maintaining and improving existing manufacturing equipment control systems. Serves as the technical resource for daily operations. Provide support to manufacturing by providing strong deductive troubleshooting and continuous improvement solutions. Responsible for all aspects of control system design and integration.
2nd Shift Manufacturing Engineer
This position is responsible for creating, or finding and evaluating, better and more efficient ways to manufacture our products. This is a hands on position. The person is expected to be proactive and primarily “on the shop floor” supporting manufacturing by troubleshooting, problem solving, identifying opportunities and providing solutions for continuous improvement. The person serves as the technical resource for day to day operations.
Sourcing Cycle Counter
This person will monitor and control inventory integrity by performing physical inventories and cycle counts. Duties will include: complete audits and reconciliations, coordinate required cycle counts with supervision teams, reconcile and report inventory discrepancies, research and analyze inventory discrepancy trends, participate in physical inventory preparation and training, track and report non-conforming or damaged product, and more.
